By using Riffwork ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Riffwork is operated by Silent Partners Studio / Grey Pilgrim ("we," "us").
Riffwork is a web-based Guitar Pro file viewer and editor. A free tier allows local use. A Pro subscription adds cloud library sync, cloud share links, and other features.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per Lemon Squeezy's policy. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.
Guitar Pro files you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and deliver them to your devices. We do not claim ownership of your tab files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store any files you use with the Service.

We aim for high uptime but provide no uptime guarantee. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Cloud data will be exportable for at least 30 days before any service shutdown.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, missed performances, or other consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
